Cross the road to the beach, restaurants, cafe/bars within walking distance. Basic kitchenette. Very quiet and private. Ideal place to enjoy Sumner. Longer term stays may be possible. The space Studio Unit – A double unit with ensuite bathroom. Sunny and warm with comfortable seating and TV – fridge, toaster, jug and plenty of wardrobe space. No cooking facilities. Outdoor area includes gas BBQ and seating. Guest access Our studio unit is located at the rear of our two storey villa on the beachfront in Sumner. You come and go with your own key, and have your privacy but with hosts on hand for anything you may need. Other things to note We have a very friendly English springer spaniel called Louie and three cats. One is ours and the other two adopted us after the 2011 quakes.
