Country comfort is what you will find at your home away from home ... Ten Twenty One! This large welcoming home is where you can rest and relax! We are situated on the road to the Fraser Coast ... Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island and Tin Can Bay well known for daily dolphin feeding and fishing activities ... and only 15 minutes to the centre of Gympie!! The home is one of 2 situated on 32 acres. Outdoor fire pit (seasonal) indoor fireplace, birds and wallabies. We hope you enjoy your stay. The space Ten Twenty One is set in a bush setting with the verandah overlooking a dam, a restful space to sit and relax. There are 2 homes set on 32 acres you have access to approx 1 acre of land, there is a fire pit (April to September only) and indoor fireplace, it's private and you will be left to enjoy the space. The owners home is also on the property, discreetly set on the ridge over 100m away affording you plenty of privacy but on hand should you need local recommendations on what to see and do in the area. This spacious holiday home has three entrances (front entrance, veranda and laundry access) a large lounge with a toasty fireplace for the winter months and reverse cycle air con for all year round comfort. The dining table comfortably seats eight and there is another eight seat dining table and chairs on the verandah giving you extra options. A reading nook completes the space with books, games and jigsaw puzzles and toys for the younger children. TV, Chromecast, Foxtel, DVD, stereo and wifi. There are four spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite and sitting room leading off it which has a fold down bed (double) as well as an alcove that holds a cot and change table. There are also two queen size bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. The Queen bedroom also has a sitting room and en-suite attached perfect for couples holiday’s together or multi generation getaways. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any meals you wish to cook (there is also a BBQ outside as well). The laundry has a washer, drier, iron/ironing board and there is an external clothes line. On the verandah is an outdoor setting and the above mentioned dining setting. Please note ... select correct number of guests while booking, as the extra guest fee of $60 is applicable per night for each extra guest after two persons.
