The space This home comfortably sleeps four guests in the two queen beds. For a 5th and 6th guest, two foldable single mattresses are provided, stored conveniently in the closet. These are ideal for children or additional guests needing simple, flexible sleeping arrangements. For families with infants, a playpen is available for your baby to sleep in. The kitchen is well-equipped with a small fridge, stove, cookware, rice cooker, and basic cooking supplies like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and soy sauce. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to ensure comfortable air circulation. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy stunning views from our balconies: the front balcony offers a view of Mount Kinabalu, while the back balcony overlooks the Kadamaian River. Unlimited parking space is available for guests. The bathroom is modern and clean, and bath and hand towels will be provided. The house is family- and kid-friendly, with basic cable TV in the living room and BBQ facilities available for use. Additionally, catering services offering traditional food can be arranged upon request. Guest access Enjoy easy access to the property with a physical key, which will be handed to guests upon arrival. Other things to note Our property is approximately 1.3 kilometers from the nearest major street. During the rainy season, we recommend using a higher-powered vehicle, such as a 4x4, due to road conditions. Our house is located near a river where guests can swim and play, but please note that these activities are undertaken at your own risk. We prioritize safety and kindly remind everyone that we cannot assume responsibility for slips, falls, injuries, or drowning incidents at our cabin. For the safety of minors, we require them to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Safety jackets are available for use. Any guests exceeding the number listed on your itinerary will incur a penalty of MY50 per person per night. Please note that our house strictly prohibits pets.
