With a refined beach cottage feel, you will be so cozy at any time of the year in this cute bungalow just a few short blocks from St. Catharines' most famous Sunset Beach. You will also be just a few minutes drive from Niagara-On-The-Lake, home to over 30 wineries, exciting, world class dining, and the renowned Shaw Festival Theatre. In winter you will be amazed by our Ice Wine festivals and carriage rides in the Old Town. Escape the everyday and come and explore the Golden Horseshoe now! The space Our cozy bungalow is perfect for a family, friends or business travel, and the whole house is available for you and your group to enjoy! Your pets are welcome (dogs only, sorry no cats!) so you don't have to worry about putting your dog in a kennel or finding a sitter! As long as your dog is well behaved we are pleased to have them. We require a $100 pet fee per pet for the extra cleaning needed. This will have to be settled separately prior to your check in via etransfer or paypal. We would prefer pets to not be on the furniture, and also they must be picked up after, we provide doggie bags. Our yard is fully fenced in and the neighborhood is great for walking. Also please note the no partying rule! The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we don't want to have any issues with the neighbors. There is also no smoking in the house. If any of the rules are not followed, it's likely that you will not be eligible to receive your deposit back. Also, We have outdoor monitoring cameras, one in front and one in back, for security and as the house can often be empty! We are just a few blocks from one of Niagara's most lovely beaches, called Sunset Beach, and only a short drive to Niagara-On-The-Lake wineries, farmers market, fruit and veggie stands, dining, breweries...the list goes on and on! Come and enjoy all of what Niagara has to offer! Guest access You can use the whole house while you are our guest! Other things to note The neighbourhood is quiet and so nice for walking! There is a playground down the street, a great neighbourhood restaurant, and a beautiful beach just a few blocks away!
