One Solana is an exclusive place for you. Located in Catanauan, Quezon Province. A town with a beautiful sunset. Roughly 2-hour drive from Lucena City. Surrounded by coastal towns & lovely beaches. Ideal for family vacation, friends hang out & party place. The space One Solana is our private vacation home nestled on a hill 100-feet above sea level. It is ideal for small group of family and friends who’d like to relax and escape from the bustling city life. As of now, we only have one (1) bedroom that can accommodate up to 6 persons and one (1) comfort room or toilet outside the bedroom. Guests can enjoy the entire place exclusively for themselves. Amenities and Activities to do: Our kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and tools you’ll need to prepare for a hearty meal. We have enough plates, cutlery and glasses. You can request for both indoor and outdoor dining, just inform us ahead of time, so we can set it up for you. Enjoy our lounge area with a garden view, watching TV or playing cards and board games. (Uno, Jenga, etc.) Choose an area where you can chill, sip coffee, tea or wine from our kitchen island to outdoor lounge chairs or under the Kalumpit Tree. Get the yoga mat and pick a spot anywhere in the farm to meditate and enjoy nature around. Unplugged and read books, play ring toss, patintero, badminton, or do animal feeding and gardening. We also invite you to have an early morning walk in our path ways and visit our view deck during sunset. Take some great photos and share it in our IG account ( @onesolana ) use #onesolana This is also a great place as your stop over home to Catanauan beaches, Alibijban Island, San Andres, Talisay Beach in San Narciso, Maniwaya and Mompong Islands in Marinduque. Ask us for details. Guest access Guests can have access to the entire property. Other things to note Renting our vacation house is not by Room only but we prepare the entire property for our guest to enjoy the comfort and privacy. Thus, we encourage a minimum stay of 2 nights for our guests to have a relaxing stay especially if you travel all the way from Metro Manila. FOOD: Our guests can bring and cook their own food. Please ask the care taker if you need help on how to operate our kitchen appliances. If you want to order food for lunch and dinner, you have to tell us in advance so we can order from our tie-up cook (depends on the availability). Other Notes: You are free to use all the appliances intended for guests, just handle it with care. Always close the bedroom and toilet doors to avoid mosquitoes and insects. You may see/hear few geckos (tuko) at night, they are friendly, just don't bother them. NEW NORMAL HOUSE RULES upon booking.
