Two rooms close to Mt Eden and central attractions

Located in the beautiful suburb of Mt Eden which is close to central Auckland, Mt Eden Village, Newmarket, Dominion Road, Kingsland and Eden Park. One zone into the city. Mt Eden is a busy village with many lovely cafes and great restaurants within an easy walk. Quiet green and treed area. There are two bedrooms that will accommodate up to four people. The space The two Airbnb rooms are situated in a separate part of our home with its own entrance; where a full kitchen, large bathroom and spacious living and dining area are solely for the private use of our Airbnb guests. The Airbnb area is in a private and quiet part of our family home. The area of the space available is about 120m2 and it feels spacious with some high ceilings and different flooring levels. There is actually a third bedroom but this booking is just for up to four people (we have a three bedroom option for up to six people, which has an additional bathroom attached to the third bedroom). The two rooms each accommodate up to two people (one has a queen sized bed and the other a double bed. Both have New Zealand made antique beds frame with modern mattresses). There is access to fast Wi-fi. There is street parking outside the house limited to 120 minutes during the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. After these hours and in the weekends there is unlimited time free parking. On request, we may be able to arrange residents' parking for you to allow free parking at all times. Guest access On ground level, but the house has several levels. The rooms are accessible from a private entrance. We will provide you with more detailed instructions regarding entry upon booking. Other things to note There is street parking outside the house limited to 120 minutes during the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We can arrange residents' parking if required. After these hours and in the weekends there is unlimited time free parking.
