The apartment is on the 1st floor of an independent building from the seventies in a small rural village. It consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a closet. From the windows you can enjoy a spectacular view of the hills and the sea, on clear days you can also see the island of Elba. The property is ideal for traveling for vacation and/or work and/or study. For those who love the hill, the sea, the mountain, trekking, horseback riding and meditation. The space Equipped with all comforts, well equipped and working with all appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle -, flat-screen TV in the living room. Mushrooms and shiatsu massage therapist available. Linens for the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen (free for the first week), free personal and home hygiene products. The property does not have an elevator, no smoking, and no pets. Guest access The apartment and the terrace are exclusive and at the complete disposal of the guests. Outdoor spaces (garden and loggia) are shared with the host. Important: I do not accept simultaneous bookings from multiple families/groups (you will not be sharing the apartment with people you do not know). Other things to note Reservations are accepted with a minimum of 1 person and a minimum of 3 nights. For groups of 4, 5, 6 people, there are custom-made discounts. The property can accommodate 6 people, plus child in a crib/crib. Upon request to the host, if the group wishes to add two more guests, this is possible by entering two folding beds at an additional cost of €10 each. The property has the following for free: - the crib - bed x child up to 6 years old - Linen for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for the first week. - personal hygiene products and toilet paper; - kitchen, bathroom and house products. The change of linens, after the first week, is for a fee. The cost for each change: kitchen linens (tablecloth, dryer) €5, double sheets €7, single square sheets €5, crib €4. If the guest wishes for daily cleaning, they will be charged €8 per hour. For those arriving by train or plane, you can use the service for paid travel, in this case, make a request when booking.
