We suggest you replace the keys during your stay to avoid locking yourselves out. Other things to note Parking on our road is free between the hours of 4:30pm on Friday to 10am on Monday. Be sure to check the signage where you park. For parking outside of these hours we can provide a visitor permit for a maximum of one car - this will allow you to park anywhere marked ‘resident only – zone F’ which accounts for roughly 90% of the parking in our neighbourhood. Vehicle info is required before you arrive. If travelling in more than one car, there is the Richmond NCP multi-story car park a 15 min walk away. We have a guest book at the property with recommendations of restaurants and things to do. Please let us know if we can assist with any reservations. Please be aware this property is within the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). If driving, please check your vehicle meets requirements. If it doesn’t, you must pay a daily charge to avoid a fine. Only guests and pets listed on the booking are allowed in the property. If you wish to invite additional guests in for short periods during the day, please contact us for approval first. The property has a Ring doorbell camera installed.
