Double room in the city center near the Cathedral

ROOM NAME: Bouffay Beautiful double room in a large apartment located on the 3rd floor of an old building ideally located in the city center near the cathedral and the castle and a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Ideal for a couple or a person, the room is equipped with a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. (Tea/coffee pods, milk and sugar provided) Other things to note Check-ins are: either between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. or from 7:30 p.m. Outside of these times, the keys can be picked up at my shop located: 16 rue scribe (ZELDA Boutique). The bathroom is shared with another bedroom and leaving early for my work in the morning I can't control the state in which the tenants leave the bathroom after their stay. It is recommended to take short showers in order to leave hot water for everyone. Finally, the use of the bathroom after 10:30 p.m. is not recommended so as not to disturb the other occupants. To respect the building's residents, discretion is recommended in the stairwell.
