Double room for adults only, wrapped in natural wood, with private bathroom inside the room. It is located on the ground floor of an independent annex of the house. (no steps). You'll find a cozy, quiet, and rustic space. It also stands out "air conditioning", king size bed and smart TV. It has towels, bath soap and shampoo. From the windows you can see the house's quiet and sunny Empordan patio, with a small swimming pool and outdoor rest areas. The space The house is very spacious and cozy. It is located in the center of Bisbal d'Empordà, a quiet village strategically located in the heart of the Empordà, with all the amenities as the capital of the region that it is. You'll find restaurants and supermarkets and all kinds of establishments within walking distance of the house. You will be located 20 minutes from Girona; 15 minutes from spectacular beaches of the Costa Brava; 5 minutes from medieval villages such as Monells, Peratallada, Pals, Foixà, Púbol (with the Dalí museum)... also close to coastal villages such as Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Palamós... Guest access The kitchen is available for use, and you can use it to prepare your meals. The following appliances may be used by: Dolce Gusto coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, juicer, glass blender, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge-freezer. On the other hand, you will find a cozy private patio renovated at the beginning of 2025, located between the main house and the annex where your room is located. In the patio there is a chill-out space, an outdoor dining room, a small pool and a lot of calm. In the house there is another double room with guests and the private area of the hosts. The house is spacious and ready to help everyone's needs. In case you come by car, there is free parking area on the same street of the house. During your stay While you're at home, we continue our day-to-day life normally, but we're happy to help improve your stay at any time. We love being able to share our home with you and we'll always be in touch if you need us. The house offers enough space for guests who want privacy, and also for others to share in a relaxed way. You can ask me anything, and I can provide tips and directions that I think will make your stay more special. The area offers mountain and beach locations, routes, picturesque villages, gastronomy, etc. that don't always appear in the guides. Other things to note The washing machine is available to guests with a limited use of 1 wash every 72 hours. Guests who need it more can use it by paying an extra €6.
