Payag Suites - Boutique Hotel Payag Suites is a seafront nipa hut inspired lodge built in 2017. It is conveniently situated in Jacking Horse of Barangay Catangnan, Cloud 9 General Luna ( beside Ocean 101 and in front of Hot Spot). An option to rent the entire lodge is possible and is subject to availability. Room Details * Equipped with window type air conditioning units. * Minimalist modern interior. * It is a two (2) level structure consisting of two spacious rooms with private, functional, and sizable bathrooms. * Level one (1) has one queen size bed and double size bed. * Level two (2) has one queen size bed and one double size 'mattress' * A wicker basket is provided in each room for additional storage purposes. The space This nippa hut inspired design stands right on the beach. It is a two level structure with two rooms. You have the option of renting either the whole house or per room since they have separate entrances. The published rates you see are good only for one room. So the option of renting the whole house is by renting both the first floor and the second floor subject to its availability. Both rooms are equipped with split type air conditioning and has its own spacious and comfortable restrooms. The beach can be viewed right before your doorstep. Few meters away is the Cloud 9 surfing area and a little walk from the famously known Boardwalk. This is also accessible to restaurants, bars, sari sari stores and food establishments. A short habal habal (motorcycle) ride going to the pier is what you need to get a boat ride and go island hopping to Guyam, Daku and Naked Island. Guest access There are separate doors for each room. Guest can access their room anytime they wish to do so. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1.) If we arrive early on the island, would it be possible to have an early check-in? A: Yes, the earliest possible time we can give is at 11 am and will also depend on room availability. 2.) Do you provide transportation? A: We have a van for pick up and drop off. The rate is php 1,500 per trip. 3.) Do you provide room cleaning? A: Yes, per cleaning has corresponding charges of php 600 for Payag Level 1 and 2 and php 1,000 for Payag ni Juan. ( Cleaning fee will only be "one time charge", there will be charges on cleaning fee upon request). 4.) Do you serve breakfast? A: We do not cater breakfast for now, but we are accessible to a lot of restaurants in the area. 5.) Do you provide drinking water in the room? A: We do not provide drinking water in the rooms at this moment. Reminders: * Stained sheets, towels and blankets will have corresponding charges of php500. * There will be an extra charge upon request for changes of sheets, blankets and towels.
