Other things to note Our home is located in a traditional building which is over 60 years old. This kind of building is called "Tong Lau" (Chinese style building) in Hong Kong and it is getting fewer and rarer in Hong Kong because of re-development. From outside, the building looks a bit outdated, but our home is newly renovated. Therefore you will be staying comfortably within a building full of history and story. We have neighbours who stay in this building for 50 years!! Traditionally this kind of building does not have elevator. Our home is on the 3rd floor. Walking up 3 floors means just a little bit of easy exercise and definitely a unique experience you cannot get with the high-tech modern building. Laundry We have machine washer at home. But alternatively laundry shop is just downstairs with very cheap price. Just around HKD30 (USD4) for 3kg weight of clothes and can get ready (washed, dried and folded nicely) with just a few hours or next day. Cleaning The flat is always clean, tidy and fresh. The guest bedroom is thoroughly clean whenever there is new guest.
