Relaxing three-room apartment in the city center

The apartment is in a central area, very quiet, not far from the center, train station, bus, taxi and metro. The room is single, and for your stay you will have at your disposal: wifi, hand soap, linens, towels and hairdryer. For breakfast: coffee makers, tea and coffee. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Easily within walking distance: city center, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, tobacconists, banks and self-service laundry. Free on-street parking outside the property. The space The room I make available can accommodate up to 1 person in a double bed. The apartment is very spacious and consists of: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom (with toilet, bidet, sink, shower) and dressing room - kitchen - hallway - entrance - storage room Guest access Guests won't have exclusive use of the apartment, but the room won't be shared with anyone else. Minimum stay 3 days. Services included: - rental fee – HOA fees – electricity, gas, water – bed sheets, towels and bedding – full kitchen equipment – appliances: oven, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, refrigerator – cleaning service before guest check-in and after check-out - Free parking on the street, unfortunately, not on the property During your stay I'm not always at home, but I like to chat with my guests when I'm there. However, I will always be available by phone for any need during your stay. Other things to note Being located in the municipality of Brescia, the stay is subject to a Tourist Tax of €1/person/day.
