Perfect for two couples or a small family. Bedroom one looks onto a beautiful farm vista. Has a kingsize bed, the other also a kingsize which can be converted into two separate beds on request at booking. This one has the view towards Bruny Island. There is a well appointed kitchen and roomy living room. The large bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms separated from the living room by a small hallway. There is a shower and a bath. Wide benches provide adequate space to sort and fold clothing. The laundry is in a cupboard with the drier above the washing machine The veranda faces east and is particularly lovely in the mornings with the eastern sun pouring in. In fact you will enjoy this in all weathers as it is well protected. Spend time in the outdoors. Spot the native birds. Bring your binoculars. See the passing Minky whales. Fantastic blend of space, privacy and opportunity to see native wildlife. The house is set on 1 hectare of land with established trees and garden beds. We maintain the garden on a continual basis but things are constantly changing. Guest access The spacious living area which flows onto a wide veranda is perfect to relax and enjoy your meals. There is a Weber Barbecue in the gazebo, spacious garden, pond with water lillies, television, air conditioning, wood fire, folding cot, high chair. Parking is convenient and on site at the rear of the house. Enjoy rhoderdendrons and roses in season. The garden's prize tree is a European Oak which stands majestically on the front lawn giving welcome shade in the summer moths.
