Vacation and home office in a natural paradise

Are you looking for a place for a break or for undisturbed work? Then this is the place for you! Surrounded by forest and a stream, you can enjoy rural life here in the midst of an exceptionally beautiful natural landscape. A forest path begins right at the fantastically beautiful property, which is great for walking and jogging. All the things for everyday life can be found within a 5-minute drive or on foot. The space This place is a paradise and ideal for relaxing, working or for creative activities. The house consists of the main house - which we live in - and a single apartment with a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living/dining area as well as a bathroom. The couch can be pulled out as an extra bed if needed. The apartment is optimal for 2-3 people. With 4 guests it will be a little "cozier" - all areas except the bathroom are open-plan and not separated by doors. On the second floor is a double bed with magnificent views of the countryside... Around the house there are various cozy places that invite you to linger. We are happy to share these with our guests... If necessary, however, you will also find different zones and possibilities to be undisturbed and "to yourself." On the extensive grounds there is a pool and large garden. The "Lange Wiese" is about 2.7 hectares - there are many old fruit trees and a barbecue area with a swivel grill. But there is also a grill at the house, of course. By car you can drive directly to the apartment - to the right of it there are two parking spaces. Guest access We like to share the terrace and garden with our guests. Other things to note In the apartment there is a steep Samba staircase without child safety - therefore suitable for smaller children.
