In a quiet residence 200 meters from the Réallon snow front and its ski lifts, located 150 meters above sea level. The apartment is located at the start of hiking or snowshoeing trails, cross-country skiing slopes, downhill skiing, a sledding area, mountain biking trails. The space The accommodation is a triplex of approximately 44 m2 and is located in a wooden chalet. The apartment consists of: - A living room/kitchen on the ground floor with a large balcony with table and chairs, and a sofa bed (120 x 190) with 100 cm Smart TV, a kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and plenty of storage and cupboards. A bar separates the living room from the kitchen with two stools. - A floor with a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) under which you have two storage chests and a storage area with shelves. - A second floor located under the roofs and has a pouf area and 60 cm TV (PlayStation 3 and DVD player), a double bed (140 x 190) under which you have storage boxes and a single bed (80 x 190) for a child (ladder accepting a maximum weight of 60 kg). -In addition you have at your disposal a cellar under chalet no. 3 (in the central aisle going towards the snow front) where you can put skis and mountain bikes (2 bike racks on the wall). The apartment's exposure allows it to have the sun and especially a very beautiful view of the Aiguilles de Chabrières and the Réallon ski area from the bedrooms and of the mountains and the Fort de Réallon on the terrace. The apartment is equipped with: Smart TV 100 cm, TV 60 cm, PlayStation 3, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, 33 L oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, vacuum cleaner, raclette machine, filter coffee machine, piston coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cast iron teapot, blender, pancake maker... The single bed on the second floor is accessible by a ladder that does not support weights of more than 60 kg. For children only. Linens and towels are included in the rental. Cleaning is €70 (please leave the apartment in good condition or you will be charged extra). On arrival there is a key box to access the apartment. The code will be communicated to you internally. The apartment is accessible by an external staircase common to chalets no. 8 and no. 9. The latter is located in the central driveway that separates the chalets. The number at the entrance is 8.4. Other things to note The accommodation is located in Réallon in the "nature" department of the Hautes-Alpes.
