Uptown Minneapolis renovated 1 BD apt w/in walking distance of all restaurants, shopping, bars & lakes! 1BD w/ king bed, updated kitchen & bathroom. This is one unit you will have all to yourselves of a triplex/3 unit home. HOUSE TRAINED DOGS ONLY. Please leave off furniture. $25 non-refundable dog cleaning fee PER PET/per stay. NO CATS ALLOWED! The sofa becomes a twin bed and also has a trundle, sleeping 2 guests in the living room and 2 in the bedroom. Please let us know if you would like an extra set of sheets and comforter for the sofa when you book. Extra charges for laundry will apply. If you have a child needing the pack and play, please let us know and we will give you details on that! There are tenants upstairs so if you hear footsteps, just know that people live up there but are respectful of that. Guest access We have a lockbox to allow access to guests which allows our guests to arrive anytime their schedule allows. Other things to note We have local channels as well as a Roku player set up with several streaming options (Sling, Netflix and Hulu) We do allow pets, limited to dogs only.
