Description
Sleights is a gem of a village on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the Moors. You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day. The space Hillgarth House is named as it is a 'house on a hill'. As such Hillgarth Hideaway is approached down a set of steps (see photo) into the well lit garden of the house. The Hideaway has it's own front door which is entered from the back garden. There is a key safe to make it easier for our guests. Our aim is to provide our guests with fresh, airy, clean, stylish comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted with a full Bosch oven and hob. The bathroom is equally stylish with a walk in shower and fluffy towels for your comfort. We have recently installed a three pin plug (see photo) for guests to use if they have an electric car. This is charged in an 'honesty box' fashion per hour. There is also an outside gated/padlocked area for bike storage for guests to use (see photos - bikes left at owners risk). Guest access There is an outside area to the Hideaway with table and chairs for you to enjoy. Please note there are steps leading down into the garden and it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Other things to note Please note there are steps leading down into the garden. We do provide a handrail. Photo is provided.
