The Viking Hutte

The newly constructed Viking Hutte--complete with roof top vulture keeping a keen eye on the neighbours--is a dual purpose building in the grounds of our main house. One wing of the Hutte is a music studio/office, the other a large bedroom with kingsize bed. Guests have sole use of bedroom, large shower room, eat-in foyer, kitchenette and patio. Main door into foyer occasionally used by composer husband for studio access but he's only a little chap and not noisy and rarely there when you are. The space We live in the main house and share the drive. Hutte kitchenette has a fridge and microwave but no hob. I provide bread, milk, granola, yogurt, juice and other breakfast basics but if you want a cooked one, the Anchor is a short walk down the road and they will oblige (to be paid for separately). No children. Both my husband and I work from home. No dogs. Love them to pieces but Mabel our Parsons Jack appears to be somewhat of a snob. Parking space available but please keep gate shut for Mabel's sake. There is no TV but good wifi and lots of books. Hutte is on one level, one small step up over the threshold. Guest access Guests are welcome most anywhere on the property, as long as tidy and not playing loud music and don't let the dog out. Other things to note All Bank Holiday weekends must be booked for 3 night stays.
