Pet friendly. Colorful Casa is a unique home located in midtown Albuquerque. Built in 1949, the stay includes private use of 1 bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, and gated yard. Midtown offers great restaurants, shopping. It's 10 minutes from the University, 15 minutes from the Mountain or Bosque River Trails. We have owned Colorful Casa for 26 years. We welcome amiable guests of all walks. I will have the basics ready for you. Most of all, it is CENTRAL to everything possible in Albuquerque. Guest access Private home includes: 1 Bedroom , Full Kitchen with toaster oven ( no microwave) Living Room, Full Bathroom, and hip-height gated front yard. *There is a private suite with completely separate entry on premises which may be used during your stay. Other things to note We have high speed internet. I will send you the passcode as soon as your stay begins. We don't have a microwave or a t.v. but enjoy our full kitchen and toaster oven will serve your needs.
