Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding. The space Blueberry Hill Cottages consists of only the two cottages, Lavender and Olive situated on our small wine farm. Here you can enjoy the peaceful ambience surrounded by vineyards with spectacular views of the Franschhoek valley and you are only five minutes from the centre of town. Guests choose to either relax on the deck, next to the rim flow pool or take a wine tasting tour of the vineyards on the Franschhoek wine tram. There are also numerous golf courses in close proximity to the farm. Other things to note Note that in winter we provide a complimentary basket of wood on arrival and sell additional wood at R3.00 per piece if more is required. Wood may not be used in the weber BBQ. You will need to bring charcoal or briquettes if you wish to BBQ. The gate remote provided during the stay is not necessary on departure. The gate opens if you stop close to it on the way out.
