The house has a large bedroom with king size bed - with French windows, a small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and entrance area. Total 42 mp. TV in every bedroom, A/C, electric oven, complete equipment etc. Green space 250 m2, terrace and barbecue - private. Suitable for Up to 4 people. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Tourist Guidance services are possible both in town and country with my car. Kitchen and dining furniture, bathroom furniture, doors and frames are fully hand made of solid wood – larch. Furniture solid oak and beech in bedrooms. Decorated in classic style. Smart house - with underfloor heating, controlled in each enclosure, air conditioning, natural and electronic control of humidity, electronically controlled access, additional electric heating in the bathroom. The green space is done with respect to nature only from wood and natural stone. It features a covered terrace with a smoking area and a massive barbecue. This space belongs to the property and is free to use only by guests. The alley is also used by a neighbor for access to his home (see diagram) . Quiet area, 500 m away from the forest, with fresh air. Easy access to public means of transport - bus, taxi. The supermarket and hypermarket network are also within walking distance. Linen, hand towels, bath towels, slippers, disinfectants, cleaning material and shower gel are provided. Additional cleaning, during the stay is possible as well as linen and towels change for a fee. It is possible to store bicycles, skis, snowboards or other sports materials. Tourist Guidance services are possible both in town and in the country (even for several days) with my car. The building is not designed for high level of humidity due to the massive wood interior. Under these conditions drying of the laundry can only be done outside, under the covered terrace or under the clear sky. Special wood racks are provided.
