Sealladh an Loch is a beautifully appointed, purpose-built holiday home on the south shore of Loch Ness. A stunning location and indescribable ambience, with views over the loch, mountains and forests. The space The focus of the house is on light and space. All rooms on the ground floor lead off the central hall, with its vaulted ceiling and chandelier, glazed walls and double staircase. The house has been designed to accommodate an extended family and has various communal areas - a large kitchen/diner, sun-room, cosy snug/TV room with wood burning stove & 5.1 point cinema surround sound system, and a glazed first floor gallery with views of the loch. The hub of the house is the central hall, with a full size snooker table. It sleeps up to 12 adults in 3 double and 3 twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms is on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room to accomodate elderly or less mobile guests. In addition, a cot is available for very young guests. Outside space is provided by a first floor balcony accessed from the gallery, a front deck accessed from the snooker hall, and a large patio at the rear for barbecues. There are also gardens, which are kept as natural as possible, with a path up to a viewing point and bench at the rear of the property. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the house and all its facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, drying facilities inside and out, free Wi-Fi, a cosy snug with 5.1 cinema surround sound & a log burner, and a central hall with full sized snooker table.
