Unique stone house with breathtaking view

Robinson style stone house in Zaglav, Defora region surrounded by vineyards on the southern side of the Korcula island . If you are a nature lover and you're looking to run far away from the city crowds and traffic jams to enjoy some privacy then this house sounds like a perfect holiday spot for you where you can disconnect from the world. The house enjoys its privacy, there is no neighbors in the close proximity and it has a breathtaking view over the Pavja Luka Beach. The space The owner itself is a stonemason and he put a lot of work into renovating this house. From the pictures it can be seen that the first class white limestone was used all over the house and in its surroundings (pool and terrace). The house is perfect for a couple who want to enjoy their privacy but it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has about 40 m2 consisted of two bedrooms , bathroom, storage room, kitchen and dining room with a indoor fireplace. The house is equipped with essential things such as cooking equipment, gas stove, water solar heater. The electricity is produced from the solar panels(220V), (there is also a diesel generator in the case of malfunctions). Water(rainwater) and electricity must be used rationally and all necessities is better to bought prior to arrival since the nearest store is usually far away. Next to the entrance there is a covered balcony which has a large fireplace (can be used as BBQ) and outside you can enjoy on the 80m2 stone floor terrace which has a swimming pool as well. Moreover, the property is surrounded by our large vineyard located on the steep slopes which is easily accessible from the house and our vineyard is more than 100 year old; it is also interesting that this is one of rare properties which still takes care of its vines( Plavac Mali) and this requires hard preparation work due to steep and rough terrain (you will see that there were a lot of vineyards in this bay but now they are deserted). The parking spot is right next to the house(macadam). If you want to take a swim in the sea there is a gravel path which leads downhill to the seaside(it takes about 15-20min of walk depending on your condition) but also there are a lot of beaches with a reasonable time frame car ride. Guest access The whole property will be for your use only. Other things to note Water(rainwater) and electricity(solar power) must be used rationally! IT'S NECESSARY TO PAY ATTENTION TO POWER CONSUMPTION(220V)- the devices like mixer, toster, caffe machine, hair dryer can't be used because they will spend all the solar power but laptop and mobile phones can be recharged without restrictions but please do your best to charge them during the day. Using strong devices can leave you in the DARK so please be careful;). The car is absolutely necessary. After the sign with all Defora bays the road isn't in perfect condition(locals from Žrnovo paved the road by themselves so it's little bumpy) and some parts of the road to the house is macadam. The house is surrounded only by nature so you can expect a lot of insects. The safety mosquito nets are installed on every windows.
