Great place for families or a small group

A cozy apartment on a quiet street in Kristiine, close to the city center (less than 3km). Fully equipped, incl trees for the fireplace. The bus stop is 200m, closest grocery store 600m, Kristiine shopping center 1,5km away. The apartment has a small hallway, a half-open kitchen, 2 small bedrooms, and a living room. Also, there is a small balcony for drying the laundry or for smokers to use. Tea and quality coffee are complimentary. The space Street Spordi is wide, quiet, and has beautiful houses from the Stalin reign period. Our building itself is soviet-historical and not renovated from outside. We have been trying to keep a historical touch with modern details when renovating the place. We have set the pricing on a higher level because it is our Home with happy&sunny energy. We are renting it only for the period when we stay in the countryside and grow there our children, cats, rabbits, and sheep. You can listen to your own music from your mobile device via loudspeakers. You can use the dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer, iron, flat TV, and kitchen equipment. You can have nice dinner parties in the living room for ca 10 people. Etc, only ask!
