Continuing on to your right and down two steps, is the living room with doors out to large deck facing the Ocean, large fireplace, and 55 inch big screen HDTV. Continue on to your right and up two steps, you return to the entry area. Proceed down steps to bedroom level. Straight ahead is Master Bedroom with King size bed, TV, DVD, CD player, Bathroom with shower that leads out to spa/garden area. Down the hallway you will come to another Bathroom with tub/shower and another Queen size bed, with TV, DVD, and doors leading out to spa/garden. Continuing on you come to a third bedroom with a Queen size bed, TV, DVD, CD player, and door to spa/garden area. Queen size blow up mattress available. This home has a Charcoal BBQ. Guest access The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. Other things to note This is not a Pet friendly Home. Violations of this result in a $500 penalty The amount charged for cleaning includes cleaning of the home, doing all laundry, trash removal, and a one-time processing fee. Holiday periods subject to increased nightly minimum and a 15% increase in rental rate.
