The apartment is located in the center of the city, in the Quatre Cantons de Berga, specifically on Mossèn Comellas Street. The building dates back to the 15th century, where horse-drawn carriages used to come down from the top of the town. The entrance has an access code and is on the first floor. It consists of 5 balconies overlooking Carrer Major. The floor is hydraulic and the ceilings are polychrome. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, an open kitchen, a living room - dining room with TV and two bathrooms with shower. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: WE WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT ALL THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS OF THE APARTMENT HAVE BEEN CHANGED WITH TRIPLE GLASS TO SOUNDPROOF THE INTERIOR, IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOUR REST.
