Cycladic house with panoramic view

The house is situated above Kionia area on a hillside overlooking archaeological site,180 degrees view over the Aegean Sea with majestic sun-set& mountain views. The sitting room is spacious with excellent sea view, fire place, smart TV&A/C. Bedrooms have large wardrobes &A/C. The kitchen is large,fully equipped with Bosch electrical appliances. Infinity pool located beneath the host house 30 meters from the guest house & only used by Airbnb guests. Ideal for families. Cleaning protocol applied. The space The view from the house is breathtaking and on a clear day more than 12-14 Cycladic Islands can be seen. The surroundings have been planted especially with endemic Oleader (Πικροδαφνη). The house has many traditional and modern amenities with part of the sitting room and all the bathroom in-built, and all the doors have handles made from beautiful shells. The large infinity swimming pool is located beneath the main building but will only be used by Airbnb guests, and not the host. However, the host will occasionally have access to the pool for its maintenance. The pool area features a covered region with a marble table that can be used for eating/refreshments. The house is situated 5 km from the port and main town and is accessible by car (small crossover or 4X4 ). Guest access Visitors have access to all the surrounding landscape and swimming pool except for the main building close by (30m). The main building is where the hosts family live. Other things to note Airbnb has created a protocol for cleaning based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Apart fromour normal cleaning of the house we will follow this protocol in doing our part to help Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switiches,doorknobs,cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in.
