Bus 5 mins walk away. A 10 minute walk to Kingsland/Ponsonby, A well-behaved dog welcome, no cats sorry. Speedy WIFI, SMART TV. The space Newly rebuilt stylish Villa. You will have the entire garden floor with large windows onto your own deck and fully fenced garden. Well located in a residential area of special character, the accommodation has large airy rooms with good light. The house is very quietly located and our guests sleep well. So much nicer than a block of flats having just one quiet couple on the upper floor of this spacious villa. BABY PACKAGE: Enquire if you wish to hire a baby package to include travel cot with newly laundered sheets and blankets, high chair, baby bath, a few toys: $50 for 3/4 days or $80 for 7-10 days. This is to cover additional toddler fingermarks and helps towards the laundering! DINNER: with notice - from your resident Chef above! ($20-30 depending on request) Short walk to Eden Park, Kingsland brasseries and Ponsonby nightlife. There are some fabulous restaurants in K Road (Karangahape that is) and Ponsonby - You can Uber to the CBD in about 12 minutes and the waterfront in 20. You can walk back from the city theatres in 30 minutes. So very close to 'the action' but not kept awake by it! Westmere and St Lukes large shopping centre are about 7 mins by car and the airport is 20-25 mins drive out of rush hour. NB: If you have a long-haul flight, please consider booking the extra day if you wish to relax in the flat before check in at 2 p.m. or after check-out at 11 a.m. We often have same day turn-around so can't then extend these times. We try to be helpful with taking or keeping luggage beyond these times. Guest access You have a keypad entrance to the guest flat so guests have complete freedom and privacy. Other things to note There is not a full kitchen but a microwave, cookpot, fridge, rice cooker, toaster, plunger coffee maker, sink and BBQ. We have had a couple with a dog here for several weeks who have been very comfortable cooking all sorts of meals in the cookpot. We provide breakfast for the first day and a welcome snack on arrival. NB: DOGS: Let us know breed and age of your fur baby. Check they've had a recent flea treatment, be newly shampooed and brushed and we ask you to keep him/her off the sofas or bring dog covers.
