A house near the Bois

Our house is comfortable and located behind a small, very quiet, early 20th century building, 5 minutes' walk to the metro (metro line 1 that crosses Paris very quickly). Bois de Vincennes is 200 m away and Paris is at the end of the street. Please note, this is our primary residence, not a rental house. It is therefore not empty, but full... of our life and we care about it. The space Our house is comfortable and located behind a very quiet small early 20th century building, 5 minutes walk from the metro (metro line 1 that runs through all of Paris very quickly). The Bois de Vincennes is 200 m away and Paris at the end of the street. We moved in when our 3rd child was born and the house was completely repainted and decorated to our liking. We have a small garden in front of the house (enclosed) where you can have your meals in good weather. We have just created a very pleasant veranda and are taking the opportunity to redo the parquet on the ground floor. The house has all the amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer...) and overlooks the garden. The rooms are also well equipped. Ours is equipped with a large 1st floor bed). One of the children's rooms is at your disposal and has a bunk bed (2nd floor). There is also a sofa bed (double bed) in the TV lounge in the basement. The house is about a hundred m². You can eat in the garden in the summer. The floors are parquet (oak on the ground floor and 1st floor and pine on the 2nd floor). The ceilings are molded. This is a typical Parisian house, on two floors plus the basement (old cellar transformed into a TV lounge) that we renovated. Guest access You will have access to two bedrooms. The others are marked "Private", please do not enter. We put personal belongings in there. Other things to note Our neighbors are friendly and helpful when needed. We have at your disposal, if needed, all the necessary equipment for a baby (bed, ...) and lots of toys and books for the children in the rooms! Let me know before you arrive if you need it.
