The space Our rustic farmhouse is nestled within the serene embrace of a lush mango orchard. Our expansive property offers ample space for you and your friends to explore and relax, providing a sanctuary away from the demands of everyday life, making it feel like a dream come true. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with locally sourced materials, imparting a cozy and rustic charm to your stay. Guest access Guests will have the privilege of full access to our sprawling mango farm, allowing you to wander through the orchard, bask in its natural beauty during your stay. It's a truly immersive experience in nature. Other things to note 🔴Food Preparation and Availability at Kfarms: - Due to Kfarms' remote location, it's advisable to bring some food along for your stay. - If you have specific food preferences or requirements, please inform the caretaker well in advance so they can make arrangements. - Please note that the caretaker will provide you with basic meals, and it is chargeable.The meals are not included due to logistical reasons. - There are various restaurants near Aare Ware Beach that will provide you with home-style meals, allowing you to taste the local cuisine. 🔴Cooking Facilities at Kfarms: - We can provide you with a single stove, a pan, and basic cooking essentials in case you wish to cook during your stay. - We also offer a barbecue stove for Rs100 . Please inform the caretaker in advance so that they can arrange the necessary coal or wood for the stove. - Keep in mind that the guest will have to arrange fish, chicken, or vegetables for marination and preparation. The caretaker will only assist you in the cooking process. 🔴As a cautionary note, please be aware that due to the farm stay's location in the wilderness, you may encounter seasonal small insects near the house and washroom. You can contact the caretaker for any queries. 🔴Getting Around Kfarms and Surroundings: - Due to the remote location of Kfarms, it's recommended to have your own vehicle. - Alternatively, if you arrive in Ratnagiri by train or bus, you have several options: Option 1: Rent a Vehicle - Rent a car or moped for your travel needs. - You will find options online . - Option 2: Hire a Rickshaw - You can hire a rickshaw for the entire day to explore the area. Option 3: Return Trip - Arrange for the same rickshaw to pick you up after checking out, ensuring a return to the city or Ratnagiri station. - This is advisable as rickshaw and bus services in this area are not as frequent as in metro cities. 🔴 During night please keep door and window closed at all times since small insects tend to gather at light source . 🔴 There is frequent load shedding in the area and we currently don't have a DG back u or inverter. Sorry for the inconvenience. 🔴 The wash room is not attached to the main room the reason being there is no municipal drainage line so the smell might enter the main room if it was an attached washroom. 🔴 Do not pluck any fruits in the mango garden or other gardens without permission. Your cooperation helps preserve the beauty and abundance of our harvest.
