The entire ground floor of a two-story house with three stylish and spacious bedrooms is available as your home away from home. It is private, with access and one off-street parking space. My guests come from all over the world. Locals often book my place for training courses in Porirua, children's games in Tawa, matches at Sky Stadium, or to catch a ferry to the South Island. My place is family-friendly and popular among those relocating or catching the ferry. Long-term is welcomed. The space The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Churton Park. You have your private deck where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of birds chirping and wandering around. The front garden is impressive on sunny days. There is one designated off-street parking space, and street parking is free. Additional amenities include a continuous hot water supply, a smart TV in the living area, fresh air circulation provided by a heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system, and a comfortable, dry stay thanks to the double-glazed doors and windows. Guest access Three bedrooms, one kitchenette, one TV area, one dining area, one full bathroom with toilet, and one additional toilet. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the entire property has an infinite hot water supply. The kitchenette has all the kitchen appliances such as fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, cutlery and utensils. You can cook food with an electric hot plate. Enjoy the smart TV in the living area. The living area has one sofa bed that can accommodate one adult. There are two queen beds, one double bed, one single bed, and one single sofa bed. The total guests can be 8. Infants are not counted towards guests. Other things to note There are no cameras on the ground floor to ensure privacy, but we do have a surveillance system on the upper level, which guests cannot access. One bedroom is equipped with a heat pump, while the others have two standard heaters that are sufficient to keep the room warm, especially since the ranch-style door is double-glazed. Additionally, the kitchenette and living area also have heating.
