Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs. The space The annexe is accessed from the back of the house and has its own separate door. It is a twin bedroom with private shower room and your own kitchenette with dining area and comfortable sitting area. Guest access The kitchen is for your sole use but I will need to use the washing machine very occasionally but I will try and use it when guests are out. The annexe is no longer used by my husband during work hours as might be mentioned by previous guests in reviews. Other things to note There is plenty of parking space outside the house in our large gravel driveway.
