For all mid-week (Tues to Thurs) bookings made before 13 July we are including complimentary Bubbles on ice, and an evening's wood for the log burner with marshmallows to toast under the stars. 'The Bothy' in Tremeirchion is our unique romantic 2-level stone cottage for couples with private sauna and spa facilities: Private Swedish sauna with stunning views. Exclusive wood-fired hot tub on its own deck. Luxury heated bathroom on the lower level with free-standing bath. Centrally heated living space and king bed on the upper level. Covered outdoor lounge area with log burner and amazing unspoiled views. Summer BBQ area with outdoor table & firepit under the stars. ...all located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests can purchase kiln dried logs for all the facilities on-site (see details under 'Other things to note') A great location for: Mini-mooners, romantic breaks. A lazy break using the spa facilities. Private romantic location ... lots of proposing happens under the stars! North Wales action attractions like Zip World and Snowdonia There is NO INTERNAL STAIRWAY between the upper and lower levels, but we supply bathrobes so you can comfortably wander the short path between the upper and lower levels in your private garden area. And sitting under the stars in your own wood-fired hot tub is not to be missed (for your use only!)... Firewood for the sauna, log burner and the hot tub is available for purchase on-site. Kitchenette includes under bench mini fridge, hotplate, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery...and all the usual accessories. Lots great local eateries in the area (one of North Wales' favourite Pubs with multi level terraces is nearby). Private designated parking. Spend a few days snuggling up watching movies, relax in the sauna and hot tub, do some of the beautiful local walks, visit a local Distillery and mix your own gin, or book an adrenaline adventure. We are only 1 hours drive from Liverpool/Manchester and 30min from Chester...but you'd never know it! Guest access This super cute cottage is wholly yours and has its own designated carpark and separate entrance. Garden stairs mean it may not be suitable for guests with severe mobility issues. Other things to note Sauna is our newest facility and is available for guests for up to 2 one-hour sessions for each day of your stay (any more is not recommended). Please note Sauna has £25 security deposit, refundable on departure. Initial Sauna wood complimentary, further wood is £5 and includes a top up. To ensure best quality, firewood sold by us for the hot tub and sauna is kiln dried and comes with kindling/firestarters/essential oil. Tub wood is £20 for a load and includes top ups. Wood for the firepit/log burner (with marshmallows & toasting sticks!) is £12 per basket. In summer there is a one off BBQ usage charge of £5 for your whole stay. Smoking permitted, but ONLY in the outside courtyard. If guests breach this rule and smoke within the accommodation (or close to doors/windows, thereby allowing smoke to pass into the accommodation) then the stay may be terminated immediately and a £100 deodorising fee will be charged; by proceeding with the booking the guest agrees to this condition. We are animal lovers but unfortunately cannot accept pets (please do not ask for an exception, as a refusal may offend) The Bothy is not suitable for babies/toddlers or children under 16yo.
