Oak House****, Kostrena-holiday home(61m^2)

Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm). The space House is settled in quiet neighborhood in Kostrena, small village 5 km from Rijeka (the third biggest city in Croatia). Rijeka offers many cultural events during all season also among many symbols of Rijeka is Trsat castle that is really worth to visit. Nearest beach is on 7 min by foot from the house. Kostrena has many beautiful beaches and places to spend hot summer day by the clear blue sea and all are connected by 3 km of beautiful walking path which is great for night and day walks by the sea. If you are fan of scuba diving there is the scubacenter near our place. On just 25 minutes by car you can go to Fužine, city in Croatian region known for mountins and chilly temperatures during summer days and take a walk around wonderfull big lake or realx on Platak mountin. There are many more places to visit and activities that you can plan during your holidays. Guest access Nice and comfortable and private flower garden with shadow house under which is big table, where you can sit and relax or have a meal while listening to a song of birds and wind game trough our oak tree. There is also outside fireplace availible for BBQ. Free parking within the object's property. Other things to note The house is on 2 floors and is located on a fenced plot of 600 m2. Parking for 3 cars next to the house on the plot. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800m, sea and beaches 1.2 km. The center of Rijeka is 5 km away, Opatija 12 km, the island of Krk, the airport 21 km, Crikvenica 33 km.
