Two kilometers from the center of Fano, Villa Monacelli has recently been transformed into an exclusive location, surrounded by greenery, designed for tourists looking for privacy, elegance and relaxation. Villa Monacelli has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds. We like to be attentive to the needs of our guests and available to make a comfortable and classy stay. The space La Villa is about 3 km from the sea, in a quiet, secluded spot. The building dates back to the early 1800s originating as the hunting house of Eugene de Beauharnais, viceré of the Italian Kingdom. It has a sober, elegant architecture, and the interiors are furnished with excellent quality old furniture. La Villa is equipped with a fenced private swimming-pool (5x12m) with dressing-room, bathroom, 8 sunbeds, towels and two hammocks. There is active Wifi. The ground floor contains a spacious living-room with satellite-TV Sony 49", stereo, and dining corner, a studio with piano, one bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a washing-machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, american coffee machine, kettle, steam cooker, centrifuge among other appliances. Upstairs consists of 1 double bedroom and ensuite with shower and double wash-basin, 1 double bedroom with balcony and ensuite with shower and double wash-basin, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath-tub, shower extension and double wash-basin. There are insect screens throughout all the house. Air conditioning in all four bedrooms. Outside is a large covered veranda with a gas barbecue, dining table with 8 chairs and a living area with sofas. Large garage (3 cars) and outdoor parking (4 cars). The wardens live on the premises in an independent apartment offering cooking, cleaning and baby-sitter services on request. The garden has been modified to be a Bioenergetic garden: 21 points have been identified as regular therapeutic areas, within which each plant diffuses precise energetic characteristics that act on the functionality of certain organs and systems of the human body bestowing wellbeing and health on whoever chooses to spend time in these pleasant and relaxing surroundings. Services included: water, gas for cooking, bed linen and towels (bath and pool), house cleaning 3 hours per week incl. a change of sheets and bath and pool towels once a week. A baby’s bed and a high chair on request is free. Additional bed: 100 euro. Final cleaning: euro 80. Electricity: euro 0,50/KW. Refundable damage deposit: 500 euro. Heating according to consumption. Housekeeper, cook and baby-sitter on request: 10 euro per hour. Pool opening dates: 1 May 2021 - 2 October 2022.
