Ideally located between Montpellier and Nîmes and 12 km from the beaches, in an authentic 15th century Languedoc Mas (the Mas de Cadoule), you will find an atypical living environment with many amenities offered (Jacuzzi, children's playground, large swimming pool, pergolas, deckchairs, hammocks, boules court, barbecue, etc.). The Maison de Papic is the manor house of the Mas. We renovated it in 2008 and then 2020 into a very nice and spacious vacation home. The space The Location Le Mas de Cadoule is an authentic winegrower's house in the Languedoc region. It is rich in a long regional history of 500 years, first cereal and then wine. It has been in our family for over 200 years. In 2005, we decided to change our lives and gradually began renovating it to transform it into a real small hamlet for people looking for calm, rest and well-being. La Maison de Papic This 165 m² house with 5 large bedrooms on 2 levels has a large 35 m² veranda and a 2000 m² private garden with huge terraces equipped with all the necessary furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, garden furniture, hammock, barbecue, etc.). On the ground floor: a large room of 35 m² where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a table and chairs for eating, an independent living room, a bedroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a magnificent marble staircase from 1905 that gives access to the floor. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with toilet, 3 shower rooms, 1 separate toilet. All our beds are of hotel quality. Services We offer an end-of-stay cleaning service as well as linen (sheets, tea towels and towels provided, beds made on arrival). A Jacuzzi (private) and gym are also available upon request. The Exteriors Located in the countryside, the Mas is surrounded by a huge wooded park (centuries-old Patanes, Cedars and Chestnuts), a pine forest, orchards and large green spaces (4 hectares). We have planted more than 5,000 trees, shrubs and flowers that make this place unique and unforgettable. Guest access Our guests will have access to all outdoor areas with the children's playground, the boulodromme, the barbecue, a gym, a jacuzzi (privatized by reservation) and the large swimming pool and its facilities. Other things to note No pets allowed. The interior of the cottage is non-smoking. The site is not suitable for organizing parties or other noisy events.
