This duplex is great for a relaxing and quiet living. You will enjoy the open spaces, sunshine, the fireplace and beautiful sunsets over the sea. It is somewhat close to both Beirut and popular mountain destinations like Faraya for Skying. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor and although there is generator service for the apartment when electricity is out (23 hours a day), you will not be able to use the elevator during that time. Please note that Lebanon's electricity is unpredictable, and the generator service is limited to only 10 Amps which allows for limited use of the fridge and some lighting. It would not allow for air conditioning use. Additional generator service may be purchased based on availability and at the guest's own expense.
