Casper's Homestay-Room 2

Air-conditioned room with one king size bed and one single bed, a large wardrobe/cupboard and an attached bathroom with hot water supply. Quality blankets, quilts, bed linen and towels are provided along with the room. There's a small sitting area. Guests also have access to a common dining and sitting area with a TV and small library, a well equipped and spacious kitchen, a washing machine and a convenient parking space. The Homestay is just a short walk from the popular G. S. Road. The space Casper's Homestay-Room 2 is situated on the ground floor with a private entrance and FREE PARKING. Room 2 has a king size bed, a single bed, an air-conditioner, an attached bathroom with hot water supply, built-in cup boards and a sitting area. Quality blankets, quilts, bed linen and towels are provided along with the room. A common dining area with a built in wash basin and a warm and spacious sitting area with a TV and a small library is there for your enjoyment. There's a sofa cum bed in the living room which can easily accommodate two persons and a wooden single bed which can accomodate a single person. We have a large and spacious kitchen equipped with kitchen amenities. We have a young caretaker responsible for cleaning and maintenance. He only enters the kitchen if requested by guests or to cook his own meals, and he accesses it through a separate entrance from his room. The caretaker uses the kitchen only when guests are not using it and have finished cooking. If at any time guests are uncomfortable, they are welcome to inform us, and we will make arrangements accordingly. Additionally, the kitchen has two doors, and both can be locked by guests from inside for complete privacy whenever needed. An automatic washing machine is also available for the guests. However, the washing machine is to be operated by the caretaker. Guests can give their laundry bag to the caretaker. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the caretaker's room. During your stay Although we would love to interact with each and every one of our guests it may not always be possible as both my husband and I are working professionals (ME=Development Sector; HE=Music Producer) living on the other end of town. As we are also new parents childcare takes up a lot of our time. However, we can be available over the phone or email in case we can't personally make it , if you need us. We have a friendly and efficient caretaker to look after your needs and ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
