The city center, about 1 km away, can be easily reached on foot (in 10 minutes). 1 bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, 1 living-dining area with kitchen and 1 service bathroom, a 40m² terrace with a view of Lake Garda and a dining table. Double sofa bed in the living area. The new kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, a beautiful dining table, 2 sofa, satellite TV (40 inches) and a terrace for outdoor meals.
