The space My apartment can comfortably fit 6 people under the relaxing concept of a natural Thai forest/garden. With a spacious balcony for you to enjoy Bangkok's dawn, fit for sipping your morning coffee/tea. The spacious balcony also provides an outdoor table for you to relax and drink in the ambience of Bangkok's dusk. A kitchen area is provided should you want to cook some local dishes or reminisce your own native dishes, and local supermarkets is a 10 min taxi ride away. Dishware, cooking utensils, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, kettle are all inclusive. The living room has a TV equipped with international channels, a dining table for 4-5 people, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. bed sheets and towels are changed every 2-3 days with daily maid cleaning service for daily stay. The total area is 70 sqm, and designed with the concept of bringing Thailand's greenery indoors for a relaxing atmosphere, a safe place where you and your family can escape from the busy Bangkok life. The apartment building is designed for convenience, with parking spaces available and taxis/motorcycles literally within arm's reach. Cleaning every 3 day If you stay 28 nights or more, you'll get weekly cleaning, bed sheet changes every 2 weeks, and free car park access. Utility usage (electricity and water) is not included in the room charge and will be calculated separately. A cash deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon arrival to cover utility costs.
