A refurbished stone built, 1 bedroom detached chalet in an extremely quiet rural location close to good traffic links, long-distance footpath, Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and the National Dive Centre. Large lounge with log burner, sofa and dining table. Open plan kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and toaster. One bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower and wc. Private patio and access to garden. 5 min drive to shops in Chepstow, 40mins to Bristol / Cardiff. The space The studio is a comfortable self-contained annexe with dedicated off road parking. Set in a large garden on a quiet lane with beautiful views towards the river Severn. In close proximity to major routes into Wales and the Forest of Dean, as well as myriad footpaths, the Studio offers a peaceful and well located base for exploring the area. Guest access The studio is completely self-contained with a dedicated parking space accessed via a large shared driveway to our house. It is located within our 2 acre garden which guests are free to explore and enjoy the views. Other things to note The Studio shares 20meg WiFi access with our main residence on the same site. Most mobile phones 3/4G seem to work well. The garden is steep in places and contains ponds, rocks and other hazards. Whilst guests may explore the garden they should understand that it is at their own risk. A travel cot is available for a baby or toddler by request at no additional charge.
