Friendly landlord :) Spans 700 sq ft, with a private/individual entrance (separate from the main building), attached bathroom, 4 Star amenities and daily housekeeping (except for certain weekend). Smoking is allowed only just outside the apartment, for a peaceful, tranquil and beautiful atmosphere. The space Hosting is an art and every guest is uniquely different, and therefore I seek to treat each & every guest as that special person to my delight and pleasure!!! I pride myself in providing a clean, comfortable and private stay for all my guests! Guest access You will have access to your own toilet & shower, dry kitchen, washing area, own designated-smoking area, your visitor's lounge, wet kitchen & cloth-drying area and plenty of greenery at just your door-step Other things to note No frying or Heavy cooking allowed in the Listing apartment. However, you are permitted to do all your serious or deep frying cooking in the Central Kitchen which is just one floor upstairs. Travel cot for babies (24mths) is available. We will consider long term stay first.
