The Alvier Lodge is located on the ground floor in the second house of the La Montanara holiday complex, quietly located and directly above the rippling Alvierbach. Nestled in the impressive scenery of the Brandnertal, the lodge offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains - a place to arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy. Your mountain experience begins here right at your doorstep – whether it's hiking, skiing or simply pausing and marveling. The space The Alvier Lodge is a spacious, approximately 110 m² garden apartment in the La Montanara vacation home, which offers all the comforts for an unforgettable vacation. The ground-floor apartment has a sunny terrace and a 200 m² garden, which offers plenty of space to relax for all ages. In winter, the cross-country trail runs right in front of the house, leading through the village. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, two double bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and a “family room” with a double bed, bunk bed and dressing room. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets provide additional comfort. The bright kitchen is well equipped with a Bora induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle and toaster. The adjacent open dining area can accommodate up to eight people and invites you to enjoy sociable meals. The cozy living room with direct access to the terrace is the ideal retreat after an active day in nature. Bedding and towels are included in the price and can be changed once during the stay on request. For families we provide a crib, a high chair or a bed rail. A washing machine with coin slot is located in the basement. The terrace offers stunning mountain views and is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The apartment also includes a free underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. We offer fresh yogurt and cheese from our own farm dairy. Fresh milk is available daily from our farm free of charge on request. The central yet quiet location of the Alvier Lodge in Brand makes it the perfect starting point for numerous activities. Within walking distance you can reach the lake, tennis courts, a bakery, restaurants, the tourist office, the golf course, the mountain railway, the riding stable, playgrounds and a Kneipp facility. The Alvier Lodge – a home in the mountains that leaves nothing to be desired! Guest access The entire apartment is of course available to you alone – here you can feel comfortable undisturbed and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The garden borders the neighboring apartment at ground level, which is also part of our apartments. It stretches around the corner and is so spacious that children can play and romp there undisturbed. We only ask for mutual consideration. A private parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. The entrance area and staircase are shared with the other residents of the residential complex. The ski and garbage room is available to all guests of the house – please use it accordingly with consideration. In the basement there is a washing machine that is available to all residents. It is cleaned regularly. Please bring your own detergent, the operation is via coin insertion (1€). If you have any questions about use or need support, we are always happy to help!
