Guest room on the Welzbach

Welcome to the Merz family in the “Gästezimmer am Welzbach“. The room for 2 adults is located on the upper floor of a new building built in 2017. Access is through the hallway via stairs. The entire area with bedroom, bathroom and sitting area is only used by our guest during their stay. The specified price* of 35 euros for 1 guest / 56 euros for 2 guests is only valid for the first night. You will receive a discount for additional nights. The space The living area totals 34 m², of which 17 m² is a bedroom with a double bed and adjustable slatted frames, a large bathroom with shower/bathtub 9 m² and a hallway/seating area 8 m². The furniture is limited to the essentials. Simple and functional. Kettle, fridge are provided. Guest access You have free access to the hallway in the basement, which leads to the staircase access of the room. During your stay We are often at home and available. We are happy to provide tips for excursions and other activities in and around Gau-Algesheim. It is an advantage if the renter speaks and understands good German. We don't speak any foreign languages. Other things to note With the existing equipment, the room is not suitable as a place of stay in the sense of a holiday apartment for vacationers who want to stay for longer periods. Cooking and food preparation is also very limited.
