A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure. The space It's great for couples, families and business travellers alike containing a sofa bed for 2 extra guests (4 guests in total) Laundry provided for both Sofa and king size bed for more than one nights stay but if it’s only a one night stay please fetch your own laundry /towels for the sofa bed. Coffee machine, toaster, fridge and microwave available. Tea and coffee and milk provided. Cereals and bread, jam etc( toast) will also be provided. You may use the garden, through the farm gate to the right of your front door ( as you are facing the door) Chairs are to the left through the farm gate. Please let me know if you wish to use them so I can get the chair cushions out for you. PLEASE always keep the farm gate SHUT as we have two friendly dogs that like to explore. Electric vehicle charging available on request. We charge 50p KWh In close proximity to East Midlands Airport (15 mins) and Birmingham Airport (35 mins) Birmingham NEC (30 Mins) This property is located 15 minutes from the M1 making it an ideal location for all types of trips. Less than 5 minutes from the M42. It is also within a 30 minute drive to Nottingham, Derby or Leicester City Centre. Loughborough University is a 15 minute drive. Loughborough town is also famous for its award winning market for being the best retail market in 2017. Cycle and leisurely walking routes include the scentic cloud trail, the New Lount Nature Reserve and Calke Abbey, also Staunton Harold. Other places to visit include Conkers, Twycross Zoo and Donnington Park. More information regarding day trips and leisure facilities is located in the guesthouse.
