Small dogs can be accommodated with prior approval. The space The house is a warm and inviting sanctuary. Relax on the deck or patio and watch dolphins and seals by day and star gaze by night. Tiled throughout with comforts you expect, the low maintenance space is perfectly suited to a relaxing couples getaway. The Marion Coastal Walkway is literally on your doorstep split into 5 stages which extends 7.2 km from Marino to the Hallett Headland Reserve in the south. With its rugged cliffs, small coves and a rocky coast all yours to discover just steps from the property providing wonderful leisure opportunities for walking and bike riding. The 1st floor living and dining area enjoy unobscured ocean views with Glenelg in the distance enjoy access onto a deck area to relax or enjoy dinner. The space features a large flat screen Smart TV, gas fire, ceiling fan and comfortable seating to enjoy the views. The neat, efficient kitchen boasts a minimalist vibe flowing effortlessly into the open plan living/dining area. Enjoy reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, full sized fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, plus cookware and crockery supplied. On the lower floor the main bedroom features a luxurious King sized bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe space, and of course the ocean view with access onto the outdoor patio area. The second bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe space, ceiling fan and ocean view. All bed linen and bath and beach towels supplied. Indulge yourself in the huge double headed walk in shower located separately to the toilet also in the lower level of the house. Whilst at the property, you can make use of the washing machine, off-street parking, with plenty of free street parking out the front. The recently updated rail service runs at the front of the property with frequent trains from Marino rocks station (15 mins walk from the property or free parking), arriving in the city in under 30 minutes. Guest access The entire house including front and rear gardens are all yours to enjoy during your stay, however please note that the separate garage is not for use.
