Feel-good oasis: solar barn near Cologne and Bonn

Come to us. It is nice here. Cozy guest room within our home - a former barn. Near Cologne and Bonn. Large natural garden. Wonderful night's rest in the green between landscape and nature reserve. A solar system supplies the house with clean energy for electricity, hot water, heating. EV charging station and guests PC available. With us in the house live a cat and a dog. Getting to us by public transport is a little complicated, but possible. The space We live in the beautiful Bergisches Land between Cologne and Bonn, each about 30 km away. We found a treasure with this house. A converted to the house barn with incomparable flair. In the summer we have an almost Mediterranean life on the sheltered sun terrace and in the spacious garden with many cozy corners. In winter it feels like in fairyland. Then we make fire in the fireplace, go to the sauna and enjoy our own wellness oasis. At night, it is quiet around the house - depending on the wind direction you hear now and then a plane on the approach to Cologne / Bonn airport. Otherwise only the poplars rush. In addition to the guest room is a bathroom for your exclusive use. The bathroom is located outside the room on the other side of the hall (10m). The bathtub is private and is not available to our guests. If we have other Airbnb guests or private guests at the same time, you will have to share the bathroom with them. The view from the guestroom opens onto a large meadow, which is adjoined by a forest area. Meadow and forest are protected landscape area. The house is open and very winding laid out on several levels - here a little gust, there a podium. Oh, you'll find your way around ;-) Above the guest room is the living room with fireplace, dining area, reading lounge and a wonderful view of meadow, forest and sky. At night, the stars sparkle here when the sky is clear. There is almost no light pollution ;-) We generate the energy for our house (electricity, heating, hot water) with our own solar system and batteries. Or in winter with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Other things to note Since September 2018 we operate our own solar plant with three large storage batteries. We use our own electricity from the roof of the barn for electricity, hot water and heating - powered by the sun. There is a charging station for electrical cars available. In the "front house" on the street live the best neighbors in the world. They have their own yard and their own garden. Please keep quiet at night between 11pm and 6am. Thank you.
