Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' (with private entrance) as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. We are just next door if you need help or advice. The space There is a a large sitting area with bi-fold doors onto the garden so if the weather is not warm enough to sit out you can enjoy the view from the armchair! Guest access You will have the annex to yourself and can wander around the garden if you would like to, although you do have your own balcony with a table and chairs on which to sit out. There is a keylock if you arrive when we are not here to greet you. Other things to note The sofa bed is in the sitting room space and there are skylights overhead - ask me for an eye mask if you are a light sleeper as the morning light may wake you! If you need to use the tumble dryer, please ask as it is in our utility, not the apartment itself. The water into the house is softened. Do let me know if this will be a problem for you and I will provide bottled/filtered water. The door keys are very expensive to replace so please take care of your key. I would hope you would be happy to pay for the replacement of a lost key. Thank you Please don't request a booking for only one night for two guests wanting separate beds; two king sized beds produce a lot of laundry for just one night's stay! If you need to consider a long term booking, especially during the winter months, please do ask about a discount.
