Our green paradise (1,500 m) is a very quiet family property in Opatija-Icici with two separate living areas for exclusive use, an individually designed garden and modern amenities for a high quality standard. Rijeka Airport (RJK) is just 40 km away and Pula is 90 km away. The space In the lovingly and modernly furnished family villa in Opatija, young and old will feel comfortable. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two with double bed - with sea view directly from the bed = 4 people, one bedroom with two single beds = 2 people, bathroom, a guest toilet, kitchen, living room, a large terrace (30 m2) and a balcony (26 m2). Of course, the high-quality and modern furniture in both separate living areas includes a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels, duvet covers, complete kitchen equipment and a baby cot. The separate ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed = 2 people, bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. Outside there is the private pool (30m2) with large lounge areas (200m2) that invite you to sunbathe. The house is for your own use. There are no further guests or landlords in the cottage. On the 1,500 m² property grow conifers, palm trees, lavender and sage, olive and lemon trees. There is outdoor furniture, children's furniture, a covered outdoor shower and a barbecue. To stay fit, you can swim and splash in the private pool or play table tennis. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of leisure opportunities: For mountain hikers: Trekking or cycling in the Uckagebirge Nature Park (1400 m) or directly behind the villa, because here a high-altitude path even leads to the summit of the Učka Nature Park! You can play diving, parasailing, beach volleyball, charter boat trips or just swim to your heart's content on the large beach of the village or on the beautiful pebble beaches in the area. Of course, the region and especially the sophisticated seaside resort of Opatija offers a wide selection of restaurants, ranging from luxury to simple seafood restaurants and wine cellars to numerous shopping opportunities. Concerts and varied events enrich the famous place. The house is located on the slope (see photo of the balcony), on foot it is about 10 minutes downhill to the beach. Walking uphill about 20 to 25 minutes Opposite the beach is a grocery store for daily shopping. The large supermarkets such as Spar, Lidl etc. are about 3 km away in Opatija. Guests have the entire villa to themselves. Other things to note The pool is maintained once a week. For stays of 14 days, bed linens and towels will be changed after 7 nights and upon request.
